Reconnect. Recharge. Return to yourself.

Let's connect

Yoga designed to help you slow down, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

Why I teach

In a world that moves fast, yoga gives us permission to slow down.

Through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, I create space for you to feel more present, balanced, and connected - to yourself, on and off the mat.

Why practice with me?

Understanding the "Why"

Instead of simply following instructions, you'll understand the purpose behind each movement and learn how yoga supports your body and mind.

Personalised Support

Every body is different. Every practice is different. I adapt each session to help you feel safe, supported, and confident.

A Practice Beyond the Postures

Yoga is more than movement. Each class combines mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation to support both body and mind.

What to Expect

A thoughtful practice designed for everyday life.

Every practice begins with a moment to arrive. We move with intention, breathe with awareness, build strength with patience, and make space for rest. The goal isn't to push harder. It's to leave feeling more connected, more balanced, and more like yourself.

Kind words

Students leave feeling more at home in themselves.

"I finally found a place where I didn't feel like I had to be "good at yoga."
"I came looking for flexibility. I left feeling calmer."
"The best part wasn't learning the pose. It was learning how to slow down."

FAQs

Everything you need to know before you arrive.

A few helpful notes so you can arrive feeling comfortable, prepared, and supported.

Do I need to be flexible?

Not at all.

Yoga isn't about being flexible before you begin.

It's about meeting yourself where you are today.

Flexibility often comes with practice - but it's never a requirement.

What should I wear?

Wear anything that allows you to move comfortably and breathe freely.

You don't need special clothing or equipment - just come as you are.

Are beginners welcome?

Absolutely.

My classes are designed to support beginners from their very first practice.

You'll receive clear guidance, thoughtful modifications, and plenty of encouragement along the way.

What if I've never done yoga before?

That's completely okay.

Many people walk into their first class feeling unsure.

My goal is to create a space where you can simply arrive, breathe, and feel comfortable being yourself.

There are no expectations - only your own practice.

Injuries

If you have an injury, ongoing pain, or a medical condition, please follow your healthcare professional's advice and let me know before class.

Yoga can often be adapted to suit individual needs, and together we'll find a way to practice safely, comfortably, and with confidence.

Your wellbeing always comes first. 🤍

Can I join online?
